Clean off roof of side porch; clean gutters on porch; reattach rubber caps - they maybe in the basement, I found some in the yard and saved them.  Screw them down with screws embedded in sealant. 

Clean gutters with John's help - need to set a day for them to work on getting ladders

Remove and paint toilet seat in half bath.

Fix drawer in kitchen fix door

Fix counter tops 

Touch up wall and woodwork paint through out house; especially on wall into L.Rm toright of opening, and other spots, including kitchen cabinets

Paint garage, especially door between basement and garage; paint floor in basementand touch up walls - will need to wait on basement until mags are gone

Paint basement sink 

Clean refrigerators if needed - but don't throw out usable left overs (waste not want not)

Clean fans in kitchen and breakfast rooms

Spot clean rugs in breakfast and dinning rooms

Clean fireplace

Attach speakers

Wrap in plastic bags and store plates, glasses, etc from party; store lights and other party items in basement Reattach garage wires hanging down over garage door

Repair or replace the broken tiles on the kitchen floor - we have extra in the basement; the one is in front of the dishwasher and the other is in front of the stove
